We recommend booking 8–12 weeks in advance, especially during weekends and holidays.

However, if your event is sooner, please check our calendar for availability or send us a message, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We require payment before every event, as payment guarantees booking and secures your date.

Each booth needs a little room to shine.

• 360 Booth: 10x10 ft minimum
• DSLR Photo Booth: 8x10 ft minimum
• Audio Guestbook: Just a small table or corner (a 3x3 ft area is enough!)

But if your package has an enclosure, we will require additional space.

Setup usually takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour, which depends on your booth and package.

We arrive early, so everything is ready before your event begins, and teardown takes about 30-45 minutes afterward. 

Absolutely! A friendly DEBSAM Spotlight attendant stays with you throughout your event to assist guests, keep things running smoothly, and ensure you capture perfect shots every time.

Depending on your package, guests can receive:

• Digital photos via text or email

• Compiled Audio Guestbook files
•  Some packages also include on-site printing. 

Yes, we do!

We’re based in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), but we can travel across Ontario and even into nearby provinces.

A small travel fee may apply depending on the distance.

Of course!

We offer custom overlays, branded templates, and themed props so your booth perfectly matches your event. You can also include sponsor logos or event hashtags to enhance your presentation.

We suggest finalizing all design assets at least 4 weeks before the event. That gives us time to create, test, and ensure everything looks perfect. 

Life happens!

If you cancel at least 30 days before your event, your deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

Cancellations less than 30 days in advance may result in forfeiture of the payment due to blocked scheduling.

We offer discounted combo packages for booking multiple booths or for extended hours.

Guests simply:

Anywhere cozy and visible! We will bring a decorated table to be placed near the entrance or gift area, accompanied by a small sign inviting guests to record their thoughts. 

Yes! You’ll receive all digital files and recordings via a digital download link (and optionally a USB drive) within 3–5 days. 

If there’s a rush, let us know in advance and we’ll prioritize delivery. 

We accept e-Transfer and Stripe payments.

For corporate clients, check payments are allowed, and invoices are provided. 

To make things smooth, we’d appreciate:

• A dedicated space (as noted above)
• Access to power outlets
• Early access for setup
• Clear communication of timeline & special announcements
• Contact person/point of coordination on the day
• The floor of the venue and whether stairs or elevator will be used.

Yes (if schedule & staff availability permit). We charge at an hourly rate.
